1. Who we are and what this is

Ludo Titans is a free-to-play board game published by Kamble Ashitosh Vinod, Safa Marwa Compound, near Kana Masjid, Iddya, Surathkal, Mangaluru 575014, India ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us about using the game, its online services and its website. By creating an account, or by using the online features, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the online features. You can still play offline.

2. Playing offline and online

• Offline play (against the computer, or with friends on one device) works without an account and without sending us anything.
• Online play (quick match, private rooms, friends, clubs, tournaments, leaderboards) needs a guest account or an account with an email address or Google sign-in. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
• The online service may be unavailable, slow or changed at any time, for example for maintenance. A restart can end a running match. We do not promise the service will always be available.

3. Who may use the game

• Age: you must be at least [MINIMUM AGE, DECIDE: 13 / 16 / 18, per the age group choices in the app and local law] to create an online account. If you are under the age of legal capacity where you live, you need the permission of a parent or guardian.
• The app asks you to pick an age group. Please answer honestly. Some features (such as ads and free-text chat) depend on it. We keep only the age group on your device, not your birth date. The app does not check your answer, and our server does not know it.
• You must not use the game where it is not allowed by law.

4. Your account

• Keep your sign-in details and your device safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• A guest account is tied to your phone. If you clear the app's data or lose the phone, a guest account cannot be recovered. Secure it with an email address or Google sign-in if you want to keep it.
• Give true information when you register, and do not create accounts to get around a ban or a limit.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings, Account, Delete my account) or through the web page described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Free to play, no gambling

• Ludo Titans is a game of skill and chance for entertainment. It is not a gambling product.
• No real money can be wagered, staked, won or paid out. Nothing in the game can be exchanged for cash or for anything of value outside the game.
• Dice rolls online are decided by our server. We do not guarantee any particular result.

6. Virtual items

• Coins, gems, cosmetics (boards, dice, tokens, avatars), season rewards and similar items are virtual. They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for money, except where this game explicitly lets you gift an item with a voucher (section 7).
• You get a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use virtual items inside the game. We may change, rebalance, rename, withdraw or reset virtual items and prices, for example to fix errors or abuse.
• Virtual items are lost when an account is deleted.
• Offline progress is stored on your device. We do not provide backups of it.

7. Purchases, gift vouchers and refunds [CONFIRM: keep sections 7 and 8 only if purchases or ads ship in this version, otherwise delete them]

• Purchases, if available, are processed by Google Play under Google's terms. We do not receive your payment details. Prices, taxes and Google's refund rules are shown in Google Play.
• Gift vouchers: if the game offers gifting, a voucher code is issued after a verified purchase. The code can be redeemed once, by a person other than the buyer, before it expires. A voucher has no cash value, cannot be refunded to the recipient, and may be cancelled if the purchase is refunded, reversed or found to be fraudulent. Do not buy or sell codes outside the game.

8. Ads

• The game may offer optional rewarded ads, shown only if you choose to watch one, served by a third-party ad network. You may be asked for consent where the law requires it. Ads are not shown to players in the youngest age group.
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or of sites you reach through them.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, scripts or modified apps, exploit bugs, or manipulate matches, for example by colluding to farm rewards or by deliberately losing for a friend's gain;
• attack, probe, overload or reverse engineer our servers, or try to reach other people's accounts or data;
• harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against others, or share sexual, hateful, violent or illegal content;
• use a name, club name or description that is offensive, misleading, or impersonates another person or us;
• advertise, spam, or share links, phone numbers, addresses or other personal information in chat or names;
• break the law, or help someone else to break these terms.

10. Chat, names and other player content

• Chat in private rooms, club chat, direct messages between friends, display names, club names and club descriptions are content created by players. We do not check it before it appears.
• You are responsible for your content. You give us a worldwide, free right to store, display and process it as needed to run the game and its safety features, for example to show it to other players and to review a report.
• Messages are limited in length and rate, pass a word filter, and are not delivered to players who blocked you. The filter is not perfect. Please use the Block and Report buttons if someone treats you badly. You can also mute chat in Settings.
• Direct messages between friends are stored on our server (the Privacy Policy says for how long) and can be read by moderators when someone reports them or when needed to run the service. They are not end-to-end encrypted.
• If you report a message, we keep a copy so that a moderator can review it.

11. Moderation, bans and appeals

• We may warn you, mute your chat, change or remove a name or club text, remove rewards gained by cheating, suspend or permanently ban an account, or take other steps if we believe you broke these terms or put others at risk. We may act without notice where that is needed to protect players or the service.
• Bans and mutes are recorded with a reason and a time.
• If you think we made a mistake, contact us at the address in section 17 with your account id (shown in Profile) and explain. We will look at it in good faith, but we are not obliged to reverse a decision. [CONFIRM appeal process and response time.]

12. Our content and your rights

• The game, its code, artwork, music, sounds, names and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, sell or reuse them, except as the law or an open-source licence in the app allows. Open-source and font licences are listed in Settings, About, Licences.
• "Ludo" is the name of a traditional board game. [CONFIRM trademark position for "Ludo Titans".]
• If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

13. Ending your use

• You may stop playing and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or end your access, or stop the online service in whole or part, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or for business reasons. If we shut the online service down for good we will try to give notice in the app. [CONFIRM notice period.]
• When an account ends, its online data is deleted or anonymised as described in the Privacy Policy (section 9 lists what is deleted and what stays, for example anonymised reports you filed, audit entries, logs and backups, for the periods in section 6 of the Privacy Policy). Sections that by their nature should survive (for example 6, 10, 14, 15, 16) continue to apply.

14. Disclaimers

• The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free service, or that every bug will be fixed.
• Matches can be interrupted by your network, your phone or our servers. Progress or rewards may be lost in that case, although we try to prevent it.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of virtual items, or loss of profit arising from your use of the game, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [AMOUNT / CURRENCY] if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. [LAWYER: adapt to your jurisdiction.]

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mangaluru, India have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live. [LAWYER: arbitration, class action and dispute-resolution clauses, if any, belong here.]

17. Changes and contact

We may change these terms, for example when we add features. We will post the new version here, update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using the online features after a change takes effect, you accept the new version. If you do not, you can delete your account.
