Delete your Ludo Titans account
This page explains how to delete your online Ludo Titans account and the data we hold about it. It applies to the app com.dealcoast.ludotitans, published by Kamble Ashitosh Vinod.
Option 1: delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open Ludo Titans and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Read the warning, type the confirmation word shown on screen, and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Your sessions end at once.
Option 2: ask us to delete it (no app needed)
If you cannot open the app, for example because you uninstalled it or lost your phone, email us at ashitoshkamble2810@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Ludo Titans account and tell us:
- the email address of the account, if you signed up with email or Google, and
- your display name and, if you can, your account id (shown in the app on your Profile).
We will reply to confirm it is your account (we may ask you to write from the email address on the account, or to send the account id shown in Profile) and delete it within 30 days. We will never ask for your password.
A guest account that was never secured with an email or Google sign-in is tied to one phone's secret and cannot be proven to be yours from outside the app. If you still have the app, use Option 1.
What is deleted
- Your account, display name, avatar choice and stats (XP, coins, gems, rating, wins).
- Your sign-in details: email address, password hash, and linked Google sign-in.
- Your match results, tournament entries, friends, friend requests, block list and direct messages (the ones you sent and the ones you received).
- Your club membership and contributions. If you led a club, leadership passes to its longest-standing member, or the club is dissolved if you were the last member.
- Gift vouchers you issued, any push notification tokens, bans and reports about you, and your open sessions.
- On your own phone: the progress saved in the app is removed when you delete the account in the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes the rest.
What is kept, and for how long
- Reports you filed about other players stay so moderators can finish reviewing them, but they are anonymised and no longer point to you.
- Redeemed gift vouchers stay as records, anonymised.
- Match records (room code, mode, times) stay without a link to you as winner, and the results of the other players in the same matches stay.
- Moderation and audit entries that mention your account id (not message text) stay until they expire, 365 days by default. A queue entry for a finished match can hold your account id for up to 14 days.
- Backups: deleted data can remain in encrypted backups until they rotate out. Our database provider may keep automatic backups under its own schedule, so deleted data can remain in a backup until that backup expires.
- Server and proxy logs (which can contain IP addresses) are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider under its own settings.
- Legal duties: we may keep limited data if the law requires it or to handle a legal claim.
Data that is removed automatically even if you do not ask
The server clears old data on a schedule. These are the current defaults. At launch the clean-up job runs in count-only mode; we will switch it to live mode after checking it on real data, and until then data stays until you delete your account.
- Password-reset and email-verification tokens: 7 days after they expire or are used.
- Gift vouchers that were never redeemed: 90 days after they expire.
- Direct messages between friends: 90 days.
- Chat in rooms and clubs: held in the server's memory only, and trimmed after 30 days where kept longer.
- Resolved or dismissed player reports: 180 days after they are closed.
- Match records: 365 days. Your rating, wins and XP are part of your account and stay until it is deleted.
- Guest accounts that never played and have no email or Google sign-in: 365 days after their last activity.
- Finished or cancelled tournaments: 30 days.
- Moderation and audit entries: 365 days.
Accounts with an email address or Google sign-in are kept until their owner deletes them. Chat that was attached to a report, and messages from a player who is currently banned or muted, are kept longer for moderation.
