- How do I reset my password?
- In the app choose Sign in, then Forgot password, and enter your email address. We email you a link. Tap it on the phone that has the app, or open the app, choose I have a code and paste the code from the link. Links expire and work once; asking again makes the older email stop working. Guest accounts have no password. If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder and the address you typed.
- How do I report a player?
- Open the player from the friends list, the room, or the chat message, choose Report, pick a reason and add a short note. If you attach a chat message we keep a copy so a moderator can read it. To stop hearing from someone straight away, use Block (they will not be able to message you) or mute chat in Settings. Moderators can mute, temporarily ban or permanently ban accounts. The publisher reviews reports and aims to act within 7 days. To appeal a decision, email us with your account id and what happened.
- The game says it cannot connect, or online play does not work.
- Check that your phone has internet access and try again; the app reconnects by itself when the server is reachable. The message names the likely cause: no internet, server unreachable, server under maintenance, or app version too old (update from Google Play). Offline play always works without a connection. If it keeps failing, email us the app version and the exact message.
- I lost my progress or got a new phone.
- Offline progress lives only on your phone. An online guest account is tied to one phone and cannot be recovered if you clear the app's data or change phone. Secure the account with an email address or Google sign-in (Settings, Account) to keep it across phones.
- How do I delete my account?
- See Delete your account. It can be done in the app, or by emailing us.
- A friend sent me a room link. How do I join?
- Open the link on the phone that has Ludo Titans. If nothing opens, copy the six-character room code from the link, open the app, and enter it under private rooms. See the join page.
- Are there real-money prizes?
- No. Ludo Titans is free to play. Coins, gems and items cannot be bought back with, or turned into, cash.
